Ingredients
½ medium banana
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup pineapple pieces
⅓ cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
½ cup coconut milk (not canned)
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds, ½ tsp vanilla extract, protein powder
Instructions
Add passion fruit pulp and coconut milk to the blender first.
Add in banana, mango, and pineapple.
If using, sprinkle in chia seeds or protein powder.
Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust thickness by adding ice or more milk as desired.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately!
