8 small taco shells
½ cup marinara sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar (optional)
¾ cup turkey or beef pepperoni
¼ cup sliced olives
¼ cup diced bell peppers
Fresh basil or parsley
2 tbsp ranch (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spread marinara inside each shell.
Add cheese and pepperoni.
Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts.
Top with herbs or ranch. Serve hot.
