Instructions
Prepare the crust: Blend almonds, walnuts, dates, syrup, and salt. Press into springform pan.
Make the filling: Blend cottage cheese, cashews, syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Assemble: Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
Chill: Freeze for 4–6 hours until firm.
Serve: Thaw briefly, top with berries, slice and enjoy.
