½ onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Mix Ingredients: Combine meat, onion, garlic, herbs, and spices.
2️⃣ Shape: Form into logs around skewers or make patties.
3️⃣ Cook: Grill (8-10 mins), Bake (15-18 mins at 400°F), or Pan-Fry (3-4 mins per side).
4️⃣ Serve: Enjoy with pita, hummus, or a fresh salad!
