Instructions

1. Prepare the Apples:

  • Peel, core, and thinly slice apples (1–2mm thick).
  • Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

2. Make the Batter:

  • Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy (2–3 minutes).
  • Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently.
  • Pour in milk, oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.

3. Assemble the Cake:
