Instructions
1. Prepare the Apples:
- Peel, core, and thinly slice apples (1–2mm thick).
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
2. Make the Batter:
- Whisk eggs and sugar until creamy (2–3 minutes).
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold gently.
- Pour in milk, oil, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
3. Assemble the Cake:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Gently fold apple slices into the batter, ensuring even distribution.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
4. Bake to Perfection:
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
