Boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Dijon mustard
Heavy cream or substitute
Garlic and onions
Olive oil or butter
Herbs (thyme, parsley)

Optional: white wine or chicken broth
Instructions
- Sear the chicken in olive oil or butter until golden.
- Remove and sauté onions and garlic.
- Deglaze the pan with wine or broth.
- Stir in Dijon mustard and cream; simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
