- Large tortillas (flour or low-carb)
- Shredded lettuce
- Diced onions
- Sliced pickles
- American cheese slices (or vegan cheese)
- Homemade Big Mac Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- A pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare the beef patties: Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into thin patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Make the Big Mac sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare toppings: Chop lettuce, dice onions, and slice pickles.
- Assemble the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spread Big Mac sauce, add a beef patty, cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
- Roll the wraps: Fold the edges inward and roll tightly to secure the ingredients.
- Toast or serve: Toast in a skillet for a crisp wrap or serve fresh.
